Delivering seismic retrofit for the iconic San Francisco Bay-facing China Basin office complex, our team performed shotcrete for vertical concrete walls and structural concrete, all while the complex remained occupied.
Capabilities performed included cast-in-place shear walls, slab on grade, slab on deck and Vapor Blast. To provide seismic support, we added 15-inch shotcrete to building walls in four sections, each a block long and six stories high.
We installed steel-frame buttresses to keep the building sturdy in case of an earthquake. And we made it all look good by creating an architectural finish, including curved walls and beveled concrete at each window to ensure nice views of the bay.

This project is a fantastic example of modern design meeting functionality. The attention to detail in the China Basin Office Complex is truly impressive. Posts like this are really inspiring for students in architecture and design. While studying similar concepts, I have found HND assignment help in Dublin incredibly useful for managing complex coursework.
This project at the China Basin Office Complex sounds amazing! How the team did the seismic retrofit while the building was occupied is impressive. Speaking of support. if anyone needs help with writing or managing their projects. I recommend checking out a nursing essay help service. It can make a big difference in getting quality work done!
