  • Provided Public Works capabilities, including Demolition, Site Concrete and Grading, Paving & Excavation including underground work, site work, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, handi-ramp corners and AC paving

  • Functioned as the prime contractor overseeing eight sub-contractors

  • Oversaw sub-contractors for electrical foundation installation, signalized intersection and underground RCP

  • Focused on meeting the goals of the city’s safety improvement project, “Vision Zero Safety Improvement” 

  • Created traffic control plans to ensure public safety and traffic control during project

  • Coordinated with underground utilities and sewer system for rain water drainage

  • Facilitated tight integration with city of San Jose and local utilities

  • Accommodated the VTA (Valley Transportation Authority) light rail and bus routes
