From demolition and excavation to placing very large quantities of concrete, the Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. team helped build this beautiful corporate campus. Construction ranged from placing concrete for the buildings and sidewalks to paving the basketball and pickleball courts. Getting it done, safely.

  • Placed 90,000 square feet of concrete, including: 

    • 6,266 linear feet of curb

    • 70,919 square feet of sidewalks

    • 20,000 square feet of vehicular paving

    • 222 linear feet of under 4’ vertical walls

    • 122 linear feet of over 4’ vertical walls

    • 3,780 EA blocks of CMU

  • Poured concrete sidewalks and under 4-foot walls

  • Paved basketball and pickleball courts and bus shelter

  • Performed CMU walls and intricate radius work

  • Implemented detailed planning to ensure each step of construction was handled with quality and excellence

  • Facilitated excellent communication with the General Contractor and field teams 

  • Provided a single source for multiple capabilities 

  • Delivered solid pre-construction planning to ensure smooth execution

  • Utilized Virtual Construction to digitally build the project prior to construction
