Working around a fully functional NFL headquarters with training schedules and games required near-invisible off-hours and weekend work. Everything was always kept immaculate. Aside from the work getting done, no one could tell we were ever there.

Highlights:
Project: Phase 1 (2012): Initial stadium construction; Phase 2 (2020): Improvement projects & expansion including new practice fields
Phase 1:
The team poured 178,000 square feet of architectural concrete flatwork and 3,200 lineal feet of site poured-in-place and shotcrete walls.
We also poured 120,000 square feet of architectural concrete in a mere four weeks to finish up the job.
Phase 2:
Successfully and unobtrusively performed the scope of work at an actively functioning stadium
The team worked around the team’s schedule while getting the job done safely and invisibly
Accommodated design changes while being proactively flexible for the general contractor
Worked quickly and during off-hours while meeting the project’s objectives
