Facilitated traffic control plans to ensure traffic flow
Coordinated construction around underground utilities to ensure safety without disruption
Highlights:
Facilitated extensive preplanning, including shop drawings and layout plans for the walls and trench drain to ensure all elements came together smoothly
Built the project while working from a podium over a parking garage
Ensured smooth communication by providing RFI’s to the design team
Worked closely with the City of Sunnyvale, the Devcon team and other trades for successful project flow, including weekly coordination meetings
