Project:

Phase 1 (2012): Initial stadium construction

Phase 2 (2020): Improvement projects & expansion including new practice fields

Services:

 

Demolition, site concrete, shotcrete, lineal concrete, flatwork and CMU plus the addition of player statues

Highlights:

Phase 1:

  • The team poured 178,000 square feet of architectural concrete flatwork and 3,200 lineal feet of site poured-in-place and shotcrete walls.

 

  • We also poured 120,000 square feet of architectural concrete in a mere four weeks to finish up the job.

 

Phase 2:

 

  • Successfully and unobtrusively performed the scope of work at an actively functioning stadium

 

  • The team worked around the team’s schedule while getting the job done safely and invisibly

 

  • Accommodated design changes while being proactively flexible for the general contractor

 

  • Working quickly and off-hours, the job was finished on time and on budget

Project: Major expansion of the San Jose ice facility

Demolition, grading, paving, structural and site concrete

  • Perfectly set and poured hundreds of anchor bolts for the structural steel

 

  • Delivered absolutely flat concrete surfaces, a must for ice rinks

 

  • Supplied ever-adapting flexibility to meet the needs of the general contractor
