J.J. Albanese provided the site concrete for this project, and crews paved parking lots with more than 3,000 tons of asphalt to wrap up the project.

The San Jose area continues to grow in population, and as its needs evolve, developments like @First are making a big impact on the economy. One of the valley’s largest and most sought-after development deals in 2008, the 20-acre project included on-and-off site grading and paving, underground utility design and construction, all site electrical, joint trench extension, drainage, bioswales, site concrete, decorative flatwork, pavers, landscape design and irrigation construction, and detailed surface improvements. The design of the space is wide open and can accommodate large crowds.

@First is now home to two hotels, an 80,000-square-foot retail village, restaurants and pharmacies, business headquarters, and a 145,000-square-foot Target store.
