The crew placed 187 cubic yards of heavy weight concrete, a material too heavy to pump and instead requires a conveyor belt to move. This particular concrete costs over $5,000 a cubic yard!

Samaritan Medical Center, an independently-owned, family-run business that operates 18 medical office buildings adjacent to Good Samaritan Hospital, has been a part of the community of San Jose, Los Gatos and surrounding neighborhoods for nearly a century. In an effort to meet the ever-changing needs of the market, they continually develop and manage top-of-the-line medical properties to serve the community, physicians and patients.

As part of their developmental plan, Samaritan Medical Center underwent the expansion of an existing medical facility in which a four-story, 75,000-square-foot premier medical office space and an adjacent 5-level parking structure were added to the campus.

Quite familiar with the healthcare industry and its requirements, J.J. Albanese utilized specialty equipment to get the job done.
