The project was a design-build project for Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. and began with the demolition of an existing 20,000 square foot building and the surrounding parking lot. Our team continued with the excavation of a 58,000 cubic yard hole for the 67,000 square foot, two-level underground cast-in-place parking garage. With the ability to provide demolition, mass excavation and structural concrete services, the J.J. Albanese team was able to eliminate four weeks on the construction schedule with their multi-scope project approach.
