Project Manager/ Estimator
This person is responsible for the reading and interpreting blue prints in order to price various site construction projects. In addition, this person will create and develop working relationships with existing or new clients in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition to the initial estimate, the Project Manager/ Estimator is also responsible for providing revised pricing to the client, procuring change orders, and working with the client to provide innovative solutions to their problems. This person should have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction estimating, be computer literate, be a self-starter, and be able to work in a team environment.
Take Off Engineer
This individual is responsible for taking off projects to quantify the services the client is requesting. Additionally, this person will determine how much material will be consumed by the project and pricing out this material. Furthermore, this person will be responsible for completing submittals according to specifications for individual projects. This person should have a civil engineering/ construction management degree or equivalent field experience, be self-motivated, computer literate, and posses excellent communication skills.
Contract Administrator
This person is responsible for the processing of contracts, change orders, insurance certificates, job costing, preliminary notices, and assisting project managers in their daily activities. This person should be self-motivated, skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, and able to do 10-key by touch.
