Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. (JJA) has been a leader in the Northern California construction community since 1955. We started with the notion of providing clients with a high-quality product and a good customer experience, which has helped us flourish into the company we are today. Though it’s easy to get caught up in the hectic business of construction, we never lose sight of what’s important: keeping our customers happy with a superior product, a diligent workforce and a strong dedication to being the best at what we do.
Starting with the bidding process all the way through close out of each project, Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is always looking to improve and push forward. From the moment a job is awarded, there is a defined pre-construction process where all topics – ranging from safety, schedule, quality and production – are addressed internally and externally with project teams from all involved parties.
Once project specifications are finalized, Joseph J. Albanese’s Virtual Construction department begins their work immediately to provide the necessary look into constructability and coordination, an essential step for a successful job. Whether it is GPS for our earthwork projects or BIM modeling for our concrete projects, be assured that even before our hardhats go on your vision has already been constructed – on a computer! That information is then transferred to our operations team, whose skills and expertise are put on display to get the job done.
All of our superintendents and foremen are equipped with iPads in the field. This assures that information never stops flowing and allows Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. to be flexible to our clients’ demands.
